We ask that you bear in mind, that as we operate a store, that there may be occasions where an item which is currently listed may become ‘out of stock’ in a certain colour or size. When packaging items for delivery, we use plain colour sealable bags which are sealed securely and tamper proof.
Please note that some items may not be delivered in their original packaging. This is due to the fact that the particular item may be the last of its style or a sale item and the original packaging has been destroyed for shop display purposes. - Delivery
We endeavour to have products delivered to you within 48 hours after the transaction has been made. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for any delays which might occur with any postal services.- Warranties
Nautica-menswear.co.uk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.- Refunds & Exchanges

We would like to point out that all the products we offer are of the highest quality, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, then we are happy to refund*, exchange or offer a store credit against the item, provided the product(s) are returned to us using a trackable postal service ( royal mail recorded or special delivery ), with proof of purchase within 7 days of receipt and are in a saleable condition with all the swing tags attached and in its original packaging.
Refunds can only be issued to the original card and card holder.
